Katharine

Sales & Design

  • Katharine has been a part of the Rococo Homes team since January of 2024. After completing her education at Lethbridge Polytechnic in 2018 with a diploma in Interior Design Technology, she moved back to Parkland County with a goal of building custom acreage homes in the community she grew up in. Katharine’s favourite part of working in residential construction is getting to build deep and meaningful relationships with her clients and being with them through every phase of the journey, from design conception all the way to possession day. When she is not working or scrolling on social media for design inspiration, you can find Katharine playing soccer, relaxing with her animals, or enjoying a craft beer with friends.

Dave

Site Assistant

  • Having grown up around construction and renovation work, Dave took a keen interest early on in life whether it was working with his grandfather’s tools or assembling anything he could by hand. Since his childhood tinkering with tools, he has been involved in just about every aspect of construction from Civil Engineering courses in college, masonry construction, road construction, and owning his own business doing tile and brick installation for many years. This vast experience and years of learning from those around him has given Dave an appreciation for fine details, and making sure the job is done right the first time. Dave has been a part of the Rococo Homes field team since 2018, bringing his years of experience and keen attention to detail to every home we build! When he can sneak away, Dave likes to spend his time off-grid, back country camping in his custom-built rooftop tent.

Nick

  • Before joining Rococo Homes, Nick had a long career in the underground power sector of the construction industry. He decided it was time for a change and became part of Team Rococo in 2021. Since then, Nick has obtained his second-year carpentry apprenticeship through NAIT and plans to continue towards his journeyman certification. Nicks favourite thing about being a part of the Rococo Homes team is the pride, care, and effort put into each home. He admires the passion our entire organization shares for turning every build into a truly amazing experience for our homeowners. As our resident “funny guy”, Nick makes sure to keep the office and site teams laughing no matter how busy things are! In his downtime you can find Nick around a campfire with his dogs in the summer or snowboarding with friends and family in the winter.

Oskar

Shop Dog & Baseboard Inspector

  • Oskar comes to work every day with a sunny disposition and a wagging tail, ready to boost morale and inspect every baseboard with meticulous sniffing precision. As Rococo Homes’ unofficial head of snuggles and support, he ensures the team stays happy, relaxed, and covered in just the right amount of dog kisses. While his main duties include napping in sunny spots and supervising lunch breaks, Oskar occasionally takes on the role of Head of Security with a bark that’s far bigger than his bite. Fiercely loyal and endlessly lovable, Oskar reminds everyone that sometimes the best
coworkers have four legs and zero deadlines. Whether he’s chasing dust bunnies or offering a comforting nuzzle, begging for yam treats, or doing playful tricks Oskar is an essential part of the Rococo crew. Just don’t ask him to fetch the level, he’s more of a “chase me” kind of guy.
